Barcelona's Travel On Its Own
In 20 minutes, I got to the cathedral. This temple represents the brave aspirations of Antonio Gaudi and the life of this master. The temple was partially constructed at the time of its death in 1926. It is being built to date - promises to complete construction by 2030. More than 1 million people attend the temple every year.
Barcelona-- I've long wanted to visit this city and among my priorities in Europe, she was second to Rome, where I've been. Why?
Yeah, because Barcelona is a Mediterranean pearl. It is the capital of Catalonia and the second capital of Spain.
It is one of the largest cities on the coast of the Mediterranean and many consider it the capital of South Europe.
A city with unique cultural values and a powerful industry is rightly considered a cultural and economic centre.
The ancient city grew up very much at the end of the 19th century, and the 1992 Olympic Games were highly rebuilt by creating an interesting mosaic of architecture.
I arrived in Spain on 9 July, and on 10 July early this morning, I went to my first meeting with Barcelona from the town of Callelia (where my hotel was located). I was driving for about an hour on electricity. My first day was broken by hours. I knew exactly where I'd be at 9:00 A.M., where I was 12, and what I'd do at 16:00.
Calelia's north of Barcelona, so it was best to go to Barcelona at Arc de Triomf station, so the electricity is already on the subway underground. When you're at this station, you're already in the Barcelona subway and you can go to any part of the city.
I could have run two more subway stops right up to Sagrad Familia's cathedral, but I had time and I walked a few blocks to the cathedral. I had a map of Barcelona I bought at a bookshop in Russia.
I got to the cathedral in 20 minutes. The first meeting of Sagrad Familia's cathedral is always interesting! This temple represents Antonio Gaudi's ambitions. The whole life of a master, the temple to the end of his life was only partially built. It's still built. Work is currently being carried out on the basis of funds received from tourism. More than 1 million people attend each year.
Construction is planned to be completed in 2030. The temple will be smoked every day from 9 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Euro11.
I went to the temple 15 minutes before the opening, there were about 50 people in the cass. But when the cassay opened, it went very fast, and 10 minutes after the opening, I was in the cathedral.
